Kirill Dmitriev heads the Russian Direct Investment Fund - one of the world's leading sovereign funds with a reserved capital of $10 billion under management. RDIF was established in 2011 on the initiative of the President and the Chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation. In all transactions, RDIF acts as a co-investor alongside major international investors, playing the role of a catalyst in attracting direct investment into Russia. RDIF has successfully invested with foreign partners in more than 70 projects totaling more than 1.5 trillion rubles and covering 95% of the regions of the Russian Federation. RDIF has established joint strategic partnerships with leading international co-investors from more than 15 countries totaling more than $40 billion.
Prior to becoming CEO of RDIF in 2011, Kirill Dmitriev headed a number of large private equity funds and completed a series of landmark transactions for Russia, including the sale of Delta Bank to General Electric, Delta Credit Bank to Societe Generale, STS Media to Fidelity Investments, among others. Mr. Dmitriev began his career at Goldman Sachs and McKinsey & Company.
He was appointed by the President of Russia as a member of the BRICS and APEC Business Councils. He serves as a member of the supervisory board of ALROSA, and of the boards of directors of Transneft, Rostelecom, Gazprombank, MDMG, and Russian Railways. Mr. Dmitriev is also on the boards of trustees of the Mariinsky Theatre and Moscow State University. He is Vice President of the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs.
In 2011 he was the only Russian representative on the list of ‘100 most influential private equity professionals of the decade’ (Private Equity International); in 2009 he was selected by the World Economic Forum as a ‘Young Global Leader’. He holds a BA in Economics with Honors and Distinction from Stanford University and an MBA with High Distinction (Baker Scholar) from the Harvard Business School.
By the decree of the President of the Russian Federation, Mr. Dmitriev has been awarded the Order of Alexander Nevsky for his valuable contribution to international investment projects and the socio-economic development of Russia.
By the decree of the President of France, Mr. Dmitriev was awarded the title of Knight of the National Order of the Legion of Honor for his paramount contribution to strengthening cooperation between Russia and France.
Prior to joining RDIF, Anatoly was head of the Department of Asset Development and Acquisition at Gazprom Neft, one of the largest oil producers in Russia. For more than three years he worked at LUKOIL, where he participated in a number of transactions totaling more than $2.5bln: acquisition of Europa-Mil, acquisition of a 49% stake in ISAB Oil Refinery (Italy) from ERG S.p.A, and the purchase of a 45% stake in TOTAL Raffinaderij Nederland N.V. from Total S.A.
Anatoly began his career as Senior Vice President of RDIF at the Fund’s launch in 2011, and was appointed First Deputy CEO in 2015. He is a member of the Supervisory Board of the Moscow Exchange. Anatoly is a graduate of the Higher School of Economics (Russia) and the London School of Economics. Anatoly was awarded the Medal of the Order ‘For Merit to the Fatherland’, II class Civilian Division, for his outstanding contribution to the realisation of international investment projects and socio-economic development of the Russian Federation.

Yury is a former Vice President at VTB. He was in charge of the division with business development functions, managing accounts of key corporate clients of the retail business of VTB Group (TOP 400 companies): MoD, Severstal, Alrosa, MIA and USC, sales of banking products to corporates, development of sales channels. Before that he was working in the Ministry of economic development of the Russian Federation, Moscow region Government and Trade representation of Russia in India.
Yury graduated with a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Chicago, Booth School of Business.
Ms. Olga Ryzhkova joined RCIF Moscow team as a Senior Vice President in June 2015.
Prior to joining RCIF, since 2010 Olga worked in Investment banking department of Sberbank CIB (ex-Troika Dialog) - one of the largest investment and commercial banks in Russia, responsible for M&A and ECM deal coverage of Consumer & Retail, Agriculture and Pharmaceuticals industries. Between 2008 and 2010, Olga worked at UFG Private Equity as an Investment manager. Prior to UFG, Olga worked as a Senior Associate in Corporate Finance department of KPMG.
Currently, Ms. Ryzhkova is the Director of the Investment Department of RCIF.
Since 2017 - Member of the Board of Directors of PJSC Detsky Mir. Since 2017 - an independent member of the Board of Directors of Progress JSC. Since 2019 - Member of the Board of Directors of Alium Group. Since 2020 - a member of the Board of Directors of IVI.ru LLC. Since 2019 - Member of the Investment Committee of the Russian Direct Investment Fund.
Graduated from the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation with a degree in State and Municipal Administration.
Prior to joining RСIF, Tatiana worked as CFO at Mint Capital, a Scandinavian private equity fund, were she was responsible for all finance and accounting functions of the companies of the group operating in different jurisdictions, operations of the group as well as provided support to investment department. Tatiana started her career at Delta Private Equity Partners.
She graduated with honors from Plekhanov Russian University of Economics where she majored in International Economic Relations and holds a DipIFR-rus diploma from the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).
Prior to joining RCIF, Dmitry was a Senior Attorney with investment branch of Alfa-Group – A1 (2016 – 2020), where he dealt with legal matters relating to investment into special situations.Previously he worked for international law firms such as Hogan Lovells (2013 – 2016) and Cleary Gottlieb (2010 – 2013) with focus on M&A and private equity transactions.
Dmitry graduated from Law Faculty of Moscow State University named after M.V. Lomonosov.
Fedor participated in the creation of RCIF in 2013 and has been working there since then. In 2011-2012 Fedor was doing direct investments at Z1 Investment Group. While at Z1, he was involved in making and managing joint ventures with Chinese partners. Before Z1 Fedor had been working at Foresight Capital Partners, where he was doing private equity deals and managing portfolio companies.
Fedor started his financial career at Lehman Brothers in London in 2007.
Fedor graduated from Institute of Asian and African States of Moscow State University with the major in China’s economy, he holds Master in Economics from New Economic School, and an MBA diploma with distinction from INSEAD. Fedor also studied China’s Economy at Nankai University in Tianjin and at National Chengchi University in Taipei. Fedor passed all three levels of exams for CFA designation.
Joined investment team of Russia-China Investment Fund in 2019 as a Senior Vice President.
During 2014-2019 worked at VB Partners, a private equity and asset management company, established by the founder of Troika Dialog Ruben Vardanyan. As an Investment Director was responsible for project management of certain portfolio companies of Ruben and his partners, evaluation and structuring of new investments, and M&A advisory.
In 2009-2014 worked at the investment banking division of Sberbank CIB (former “Troika Dialog”). Was advising large corporates from different industries on M&A and ECM transactions.
In 2008-2009 worked as a senior analyst for investments and strategy at a real estate development company IPG Eurasia.
Graduated with honors from the International Economic Relations faculty of the Moscow Finance University.
